Martial arts maestro Martin Wheeler returns to NC for this limited-capacity, weekend intensive designed to strip back your movement to the raw, powerful essentials. Not for the faint of heart, this will be a relentless two days of drilling with the goal of sharpening your your mind-body connection and imbuing your movement with subtle, devastating efficiency.

In anticipation of this year's Wheelerfest, we will prepare with 4 hours of diving into various aspects of striking with an emphasis on processing pressure.
A 4-hour in-depth exploration of massage/bodywork and its various uses in the martial arts. Part 2 will emphasize joint health and joint manipulation. In the first two hours we will cover massage and assisted stretches found in Thai Yoga Bodywork. Then we learn about how to apply those same principles in martial arts scenarios.
