This is an outdoor event- taking place at the beautiful Falls Lake Campground. Participants may camp out Saturday night with friends and family after the workshop.

Join us for this fun, 4-hour exploration of attack and defense with Slavic-style sword (shashka) and staff. Taught by NC Systema Chief Instructor Glenn Murphy

Themes include:

- basic drills and manipulations

- body-weapon unity and connection

- sword and staff attacks

- armed and unarmed defenses

Fee: $50

Own staff and training sword required.

The staff should be sturdy, well sanded hardwood, and should measure from the floor to the height of your armpit.
