Let’s face it - 2020 was a shitter.

Whether you managed to keep training throughout the pandemic - or took the time to rest, and support your local restaurants / brewers by gaining 20 lbs in takeout food and booze - we all came out of it a little atrophied and shell-shocked.

As the vaccines roll out and you edge cautiously back into normal life, why not kickstart your recovery, reboot your Systema skills, and enjoy some much-needed social time with friends, at this weekend training/social event at Falls Lake, NC.

Training is planned from Noon to 6pm Saturday, followed by campfire food, music, and shenanigans. All regular NC SYSTEMA Crew invited, at the nominal cost of $25 (to cover grub and site reservation).

Training will be moderately-paced and minimally demanding. The focus is on restoring strength, power, relaxation, and a healthy sense of fun to your mind, body, and spirit. We don’t care what kind of shape you show up in. Just show up and enjoy the ride.

We have two large group camping sites booked from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd, so you are welcome to make a whole weekend of it. Alternatively, just join us for the training, food, and fun, then head home for a shower like a civilised human being.
