Menamy Mitanes returns to the East Coast for our Spring Seminar. This seminar's focus will revolve around keeping the body and mind in constant flow during a fight, utilizing preemptive work, and seamlessly transitioning between the ground and standing work. Scenarios will include ground fighting, weapons defense, and multiple attackers.

Menamy 'Tsunami' Mitanes has trained in Systema for over 13 years. He also holds black belts in Judo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a certified Jeet Kune Do instructor. Menamy teaches at Systema Los Angeles, The Academy Beverly Hills, and holds seminars all over the world.

Schedule:
Friday, June 2nd: 6:30pm-8:30pm – Systema Warm-up Class/Meet & Greet with Menamy
Saturday, June 3rd, 1:00 pm-6:00 pm – Systema
Sunday, June 4th: 10:00 am-2:00 pm – Systema
*Training knives and both long and short sticks will be required. Bring your own.

Group Dinner with the Instructor
On Saturday night at 7:00 pm we will have a traditional Systema Dinner. Location TBD
