Join us for the third and final part of our Systema Explorations seminar series with Senior Systema Instructor Emmanuel Manolokakis (Fight Club, Toronto), exploring the deepest principles of Systema.

 In previous years, we worked on establishing the state of playful flow, and on using weight and relaxation in order to control armed and unarmed attacks. In part three - Influence - Emmanuel will look at aspects of distance, timing, positioning, and psychological state, in order to control and neutralize an attack before it has even begun.

This is the third and final event in the Systema Explorations seminar series.
