Join us for the second of three annual seminars with Senior Systema Instructor Emmanuel Manolokakis (Fight Club, Toronto), exploring the deepest principles of Systema.

 In part two - Reconstruction - Emmanuel will guide you in the process of building your awareness, skill, and control under a wide range of combative situations, with a view to deepening and consolidating your abilities.

This will be Emmanuel's second event at NC SYSTEMA. The third and final event in this series is planned for January 2021.
