Join us for the first of three annual seminars with Senior Systema Instructor Emmanuel Manolokakis (Fight Club, Toronto), exploring the deepest principles of Systema.

 In part one - Deconstruction - Emmanuel will lead you on a hard-hitting, soul-searching journey into yourself. By taking a hard, honest look at your physical, mental, and emotional state, you will gain new insights into how to get out of your own way, and grow steadily and without limit through Systema practice.

This will be Emmanuel's first event at NC SYSTEMA, but subsequent seminars - Parts II & III - are planned for January 2020 & 2021. So start the trilogy now, and benefit from three years of steady growth and exploraton.
