Join us for this ever-popular 4-hour workshop on the essential methods and principles of vehicular defense, and effective use of environment / objects in combat.

Topics include:

- rapid escapes from crashed, submerged, and runaway vehicles
- defense against thieves and carjackers
- use of walls, tables, chairs in defensive situations

Open to all - no prior Systema / martial arts training necessary.

Open to all. Please wear comfortable, clothing with longs sleeves and pants, and thin-soled, comfrotable training shoes. Knee / elbow pads optional for those with existing injuries.
